Never include sensitive personal or non-public information while engaging with WealthyCP on a digital platform that is not controlled by WealthyCP, such as a social media site. Conversations with WealthyCP Concerns concerning your application, membership, and accounts with us should be addressed exclusively through a secure WealthyCP channel, such as WealthyCP Online or Mobile Banking, or by phone with a Member Care representative. What Members and Consumers Can Do To Help Protect Their Privacy
While WealthyCP is devoted to preserving its members' and customers' privacy, you can assist preserve personal information by following some easy rules as examples:
When approaching an ATM, be mindful of your surroundings. Shield the keypad with your hand or body so that no one may see you enter your PIN.
Remember your PIN and keep it private. Do not write it down or put it in your wallet.
Check that the merchant returns your card and that it is your card.
Keep your ATM receipts and credit card receipts. Fill out your check register with them. If carbons are present, they must be destroyed.
Unless you initiate the call, never disclose your credit card information over the phone.
Never sign your checks ahead of time.
Review your transaction history on a regular basis and report any fraudulent transactions promptly.
Keep all of your financial information private and confidential.
Keep usernames and passwords private.
Do not use the same username and password for several online accounts; if you use the same username and password for many accounts and one of them is compromised, all of your accounts may be compromised.
